Our Founder - Toyin Kolawole
‘Growing up in Lagos Nigeria, food, family & entrepreneurship were always a part of my life especially as the first daughter of 5 kids. Now as a mom of two, food is my love language here at home in Illinois.
Iya began in my kitchen where I really love making all sorts of fun nourishing foods with my boys using African ingredients. At Iya, we create innovative, delicious, everyday foods made tastier and more nutritious with African superfoods.
