Ingredients
3 - 5 cups of white rice
Your turkey dripping from the turkey pan

2 tsp Iya’s Jollof Rice Pilaf Seasoning
1 tsp salt
Directions
Using a medium size pot - partially cook the white rice:
3 cups rice – 1 ½ cups water
Cook about 15 mins
Drain excess water
Add turkey drippings/juices (about 1 – 2 cups) and Iya’s jollof seasoning to rice
Let simmer for about 10 – 15 mins till rice is fully cooked
Serve warm as a thanksgiving side or save for thanksgiving weekend to enjoy with leftover turkey

Tip – Taste rice before turning of stove and if too chewy or hard, add approx. 1 Tbsp of water at a time and let simmer till soft. Garnish with greens and serve
