Ingredients

1 cup Iya's Vegan Superfood Baking Flour
1/2 Cup Melted Vegan Butter or Oil
1 3/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
1/3 Cup Non-Dairy Milk
1 Cup Dutch-Process Cocoa Powder
3 Vegan Eggs (or 9 Tbsp ground flaxseed)
3/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Hot Water
Optional - 1 Cup Chopped Nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F
Mix all dry ingredients.
Stir in vegan eggs or flaxseed, oil and then carefully add the hot water. Mix well.
Pour into slightly sprayed pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until baked through.
Allow to cool and cut into squares.
