Spicy Veggie Stuffed Flat Bread

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Iya Foods Broccoli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Iya Foods Green Pea Powder
- 1 tsp Iya Foods Spinach Powder
- 1 mashed avocado
- 1 oz shredded cheese cup
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp Iya Foods Chili Flakes
- Tiny pinch Iya Foods Yellow Habaneros Powder (optional)
- ½ tsp Iya Foods Whole Garlic Powder
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp broth (or can add more oil instead of this)
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients (except avocado and lemon juice) in a medium bowl
- Microwave for a couple minutes or warm on stove top for a few mins till cheese melts
- Let cool a bit and then add mashed avocado and lemon juice – stir well
- Let cool completely, cover and refrigerate for up 2 days. Enjoy with flat bread, crackers, toast etc.
Tip: If spread is too dry, add a little water or broth 1 tsp at a time.
