Spicy Cabbage Fried Rice (This is so delicious)

Spicy Cabbage Fried Rice (This is so delicious) Made with Iya Foods Cabbage whole food powder

Ingredients (3- 5 Servings):

  • 3 cups of rice (long grain or basmati)
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables of choice e.g. chopped broccoli
  • Optional - 2 cups cooked diced meat, chicken or sausages
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil (or any oil)
  • 1.5 tsp Iya Food Spicy Fried Rice Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Iya Foods Cabbage Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Iya Food Green Pea Powder
  • 1 – 2 tsp Iya Food Chili Flakes (if you want it very spicy, use 2 tsp)
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth (or any broth)
  • Approx. 3.5 cups of water
  • 1.5- 2 tsp Salt 


  1. On stove top – bring water to boil, add rice and cook for about 10-15 mins. Then add all the other ingredients, stir and let cook another 10 -15 mins till soft
  2. In Instant Pot – combine all the ingredients  and select rice
  3. Serve hot with as main dish or side with grilled chicken
  • Tips
    • Rice should be soft and easy to eat, if not soft enough, add 1 – 2 Tbsp of water, reduce heat to medium low and let simmer
    • You can add more to this delicious meal, some shrimp, some sweet corn, anything you want for a delicious spicy veggie rice meal
