Grilled Steak Suya





Makes about 8 servings:

Ingredients:
  • I lbs. skirt steak
  • I medium red onion
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • Grilled Steak Suya Seasoning (No Peanuts or Roasted Peanuts) 
Instructions:
  1. Completely coat the beef (can use fish, chicken, goat or lamb) with seasoning
  2. Place on skewers (alternate with onions, tomato and pepper slices if desired)
  3. Broil or grill as desired 
  4. Serve hot with freshly sliced onions and tomatoes if desired

In many West African countries, Grilled Steak Suya is served with a cold beer or a refreshing chilled drink – Enjoy!
