•Serving size for any leafy green can be as much as you want
•Notes – buy frozen chopped to save time
•Can garnish with tomato, onions and peppers

 

1.6oz Chicken Breast (Skinless)
2.6oz Turkey Breast
3.6oz Beef 6oz
4.8oz Goat meat
5.8oz Lamb 
6.6oz Fish
7.6oz Shrimp
8.6 Egg Whites or 2 eggs
9.1 half an avocado

 

 

1.Riced cauliflower – 1 pack
2.Spiralized butternut squash – 1 pack
3.Spiralized zucchini – 1 pack
4.Sweet potatoes – 1 potato
5.Yams – 1 slice
6.Unripe plantains – 1 medium
7.Ripe plantains – 1 medium
8.1 Cup any beans/legumes
9.1 Slice Ezekiel Bread

 

•Notes –
1.sweet potatoes, I like the Japanese/Asian sweet potatoes
2.Plantains are grilled
3.No frying ever!
