Yogurt Plantain Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients (4-6 Servings):

– 2 cups Iya Foods Plantain Flour 

– 1 cup vanilla yogurt

– 2 eggs

– 1 cup low fat milk

– 2 Tbsp oil or melted unsalted butter

– 2 Tbsp of Pure grade Maple syrup

– 2 tsp sugar

– 2 tsp baking powder

– ¼ tsp sea salt

– ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a mixer or bowl

2. Heat up gridle or pan. Add some water if too thick or more plantain flour if too runny.

3. Pour in griddle and leave for about 3 mins on each side till golden brown

4. Serve hot with your favorite toppings
