Spicy Rice One Pot

Ingredients (4 Servings)
- 3 cups of rice (long grain or basmati)
- 4 grilled chicken thighs
- 2 tsp Iya Foods Spicy Fried Rice seasoning
- 1 tsp Iya Foods Garlic with Garlic Skin
- ¼ cup Avocado oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup mixed vegetables of choice
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cook rice per pack instructions usually 20 mins . You can also use rice cooker or instant pot
- In separate pan , heat oil then slowly add onions, Iya Foods Spicy Rice seasoning, mixed veggies. Then add rice, stir and let simmer for a few minutes
- Top with grilled chicken and serve hot
