Spicy Rice One Pot





Ingredients (4 Servings)

  • 3 cups of rice (long grain or basmati)
  • 4 grilled chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp Iya Foods Spicy Fried Rice seasoning
  • 1 tsp Iya Foods Garlic with Garlic Skin
  • ¼ cup  Avocado oil
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables of choice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook rice per pack instructions usually 20 mins . You can also use rice cooker or instant pot
  2. In separate pan , heat oil then slowly add onions, Iya Foods Spicy Rice seasoning, mixed veggies. Then add rice, stir and let simmer for a few minutes
  3. Top with grilled chicken and serve hot
