Spicy Fried Riced Cauliflower & Beans (less than 150 calories/serving)
Makes about 4 servings:
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups Riced Cauliflower (Frozen Riced Cauliflower works great)
  • 1 can cooked black beans (can use red beans)
  • 2 tsp Iya Foods Fried Riced Cauliflower seasoning
  • 1 tsp Iya Foods Chili pepper ground
  • 1 tsp Iya Foods Garlic with Garlic Skin
  • ½ cup sweet corn
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup tomato-based simmer sauce or chopped tomatoes
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in medium pan
  2. Combine everything in the medium pan
  3. Cover and let simmer for about 8 mins

Serve hot with avocado slices if desired
