One-Pot Riced Cauliflower & Beans (less than 150 calories/serving)

Makes about 4 servings:
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Riced Cauliflower (Frozen Riced Cauliflower works great)
- 1 can cooked black beans (can use red beans)
- 2 tsp Iya Foods One-Pot Riced Cauliflower seasoning
- 1 tsp Iya Foods Chili pepper ground
- 1 tsp Iya Foods whole Garlic Ground Recipe
- ½ cup sweet corn
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ chopped yellow onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Heat oil in medium pan
- Combine everything in the medium pan
- Cover and let simmer for about 10 – 12 mins
- Serve hot with avocado slices if desired
