One-Pot Pepper Chicken Bowl





Ingredients (4-6 Servings)

  • 10 chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp Iya Foods Piri-Piri Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Iya Foods African Chili Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Iya Foods Garlic with Garlic Skin
  • 1 jar Iya Foods One-Pot Simmer Sauce (Savory Chicken)
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix salt, Iya Foods Piri-Piri seasoning and coat the chicken. Grill, broil, cook chicken fully about 25 mins
  2. Combine cooked chicken, Iya one-pot simmer sauce, Iya chili and Iya garlic ground pepper in medium sized pot. Allow to cook for 15 mins on low to medium heat.
  3. Serve hot with rice or riced veggies
