One- Pot Riced Cauliflower (less than 100 calories/serving)

Ingredients (2 -3 servings):

  • 12 oz of Riced Cauliflower Medley (Frozen Riced Cauliflower works great)
  • 2 tsp. Iya Foods One-Pot Riced Cauliflower seasoning
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado oil (or can use any oil)
  • ½ tsp Iya Foods Whole Garlic Ground
  • A pinch Iya Foods African Chili Flakes

Instructions:

  1. Heat medium sized pan with avocado oil
  2. Add your riced cauliflower medley or riced veggies
  3. Add Iya Foods One-Pot Riced Cauliflower seasoning. Then add Iya Garlic and Iya Chili Pepper flakes.
  4. Stir and let simmer (uncovered for 10-12 mins) 
  5. Serve hot with chicken or preferred meats
