Hearty Pot Beef Pepper Soup





Makes about 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • ¼ lbs beef (can substitute chicken, goat, lamb or seafood). For vegan options use potatoes, butternut squash and/or chick peas instead
  • 3 tsp Iya Foods Pepper-Soup Seasoning
  • ¼ cup Iya Foods One-Pot Simmer sauce Savory Beef or Savory Vegetable
  • 4 cups water (I use beef, chicken or vegetable broth)
  • 2 cup chopped onions & peppers (frozen mix or fresh cut)
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • ½ cup chopped carrots - optional
  • 1 tsp sea salt 

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in Instant Pot. Close lid, seal and select applicable button                                                                                         •Beef – choose beef                                                                                  •Chicken – choose chicken or poultry                                                    •Vegetarian options – chose soup or vegetables
  2. Allow to cook and then cautiously release pressure. If using stove top, cook meat at, then combine all the ingredients let simmer on low-medium for 30 mins
  3. Serve hot with desired sides
