Grilled Steak Suya

Makes about 8 servings:



  • Completely coat the beef (can use fish, chicken, goat or lamb) with seasoning
  • Place on skewers (alternate with onions, tomato and pepper slices if desired)
  • Broil or grill as desired 
  • Serve hot with freshly sliced onions and tomatoes if desired

Fun Fact - In many West African countries, Grilled Steak Suya is served with a cold beer or a refreshing chilled drink. It is usually served with lots of onions &, tomatoes wrapped in previous days’ newspapers – Enjoy!
