Fried Riced Cauliflower (less than 100 calories/serving)

Ingredients (Approx. 4 servings):

  • 4-6 cups of Riced Cauliflower Medley (I use Frozen Riced Cauliflower Medley, but you can use a food processor to chop also)
  • 2 - 3 tsp. Iya Foods Fried Riced Cauliflower seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked chopped meat, chicken, sausages or seafood
  • ½ tsp Iya Foods Whole Garlic Ground
  • ½ tsp Iya Foods Vegetable Mix
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Heat medium sized pan with oil and sauté onions
  2. Next add your riced cauliflower or veggies and all the ingredients
  3. Let simmer for about 6-8 mins

Serve hot with preferred sides
