Chicken Peri-Peri Recipe
Makes about 4 servings:
- 4 Chicken thighs or breast
- 3 tsp Iya Foods Peri-Peri seasoning
- 1 cup Iya Foods One Pot Simmer Sauce Savory Chicken
- 1 tsp Iya Foods Garlic with Garlic Skin
- ½ lemon or 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- In a large bowl, mix in Iya Foods Peri-Peri seasoning, Iya Foods garlic, lemon juice & half cup Iya Foods One Pot simmer sauce. Completely coat your chicken - let sit for up to an hour or overnight in your refrigerator
- Roast at 400F, grill or broil until fully cooked.
- Toss with remaining half Iya Food One Pot Simmer sauce – let broil for 2 – 5 mins
- Serve hot with preferred sides such as salads, sandwiches, rice, fries etc.
