Himosa-Mimosa but with Hibiscus Flowers





Ingredients: Serves Two

• 1.5 Tbsp Iya Foods Dried Hibiscus Flower Powder

• ½ to ¾ cup sugar or sweetener of choice

• ¾ cup water

• 5 oz. rosé champagne

Instructions

To make Hibiscus mix

1.Combine Iya Foods Hibiscus Powder, water and sugar in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. For faster use, combine and microwave on high for 5 mins or till sugar has dissolved. If using sweetener such as stevia, do not add to hibiscus powder before heating, add after. Allow the mixture to cool.

2.To make Himosa –

1. Fill each glass with 2 Tbsp of hibiscus mix.

2. Stir in the chilled rosé champagne

3. Serve immediately
