Green Ginger Smoothie





Makes about 4 servings:


Ingredients:

  • 3 cups spinach or kale
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ cup Iya Foods Tigernut flour (optional)
  • 2 pitted dates (optional)
  • ½ to 1 tablespoon Iya Foods ground ginger 
  • Lemon juice/ 1 squeezed lemon


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender 
  2. Add ice if desired and blend until very smooth

Serve cold
