Tigernut Breakfast Porridge

To make Tigernut breakfast porridge:
Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 1 cup Iya Food Tigernut flour
- 2 cups steel cut oatmeal
- ½ cup quinoa – optional but so good!
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp honey
- Mix all ingredients in a pot (Tip can use instant pot too)
- Steam cook for 20-30 mins minutes
- Serve hot with preferred milk & toppings
- Keep in the fridge for up to a week. Freeze in freezer-safe containers for longer storage.
