Iya Foods Tigernut Breakfast Porridge recipe

To make Tigernut breakfast porridge:

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 1 cup Iya Food Tigernut flour
  • 2 cups steel cut oatmeal
  • ½ cup quinoa – optional but so good!
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp honey


  1. Mix all ingredients in a pot (Tip can use instant pot too)
  2. Steam cook for 20-30 mins minutes
  3. Serve hot with preferred milk & toppings
  4. Keep in the fridge for up to a week. Freeze in freezer-safe containers for longer storage.
