Cassava Cake





Ingredients

2 cups Iya Foods Cassava Flour

4 eggs

1 can condensed milk

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup coconut milk

2 cups vanilla yogurt

1 cup sugar

1 cup grated coconut

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°f.

2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into large greased baking pan and bake for 40 – 50 mins or until it is golden brown and toothpick is not coming out with liquid batter

Hint coconut milk can be swapped with regular milk and grated coconut with pineapples.
